Below you will find a list and brief discription of some of the technology systems used at the University of Tampa.

Blackboard
A web-based course management system designed to enhance course instruction.
Blackboard enables instructors to provide students with course materials, discussion boards, virtual chat, online quizzes, and more.  To access knowledge base articles please click on your role faculty, staff, or student.

Spartan Web
This system is the front end of UT’s enterprise resource planning system (ERP). This system contains the data for all of the university’s constituents, eg. student records, payroll history, demographic information, etc. To access knowledge base articles please click on your role faculty, staff, or student.

Atomic Learning
A repository of short targeted video tutorials on dozens of common computer programs. This system will allow you to assign and track students' training. To access knowledge base articles please click on your role faculty, staff, or student.

Class Climate
A web-based system for high-volume evaluations and reporting of courses, study programs, and departments as well as automating the processing of online surveys. To access knowledge base articles please click on your role faculty or staff.

Jenzabar CX
The database containing all the information for Spartan Web. This system is typically accessed only by system administrators and programmers. Contact the IT HelpDesk at helpdesk@ut.edu or (813) 253-6293 for more information.

Cognos

Nolij Web
A web-based imaging and document management solution built exclusively for higher education with imaging, annotation, document management, workflow, data modeling, reporting, content management, collaboration, storage management, form design, batch scanning, and integrated administration functionality.
