By default the reply setting for UT Web Mail Outlook is set for Reply all. This article will guide you through the steps necessary to change the default setting to Reply so that the email only goes to the initial sender.

 

  1. Log into UT Web MailNew Window.

  2. To change the default setting, click on the Settings cog.

  3. Then click on Options.

  4. Click on Reply Settings from the drop-down list.

  5. Depending on the server you are on, you will see one of the following two screens, select the radio buttons indicated to set the default to Reply.
