Joy E. Harris, Ph.D. is the Director of Educational Technology at The University of Tampa. Dr. Harris specializes in adult education and educational technology with a focus on feminist epistemology. She has developed and taught numerous  courses including Principles of Learner Motivation, Open Learning Environments in the 21st Century, Theories of Learning and Cognition, Teaching and Learning with Technology, Educational Technology Ethics, Multimedia for Educators, Women and Technology, and First Year Seminar.

Educational Technology & Language Lab Support Specialist

Ray Cepko, M.A. is an Educational Technology & Language Lab Support Specialist at The University of Tampa. Mr. Cepko specializes in andragogy and educational technology with a focus on Academic Reading and Writing skills. He has also developed and taught numerous courses for adult second language learners including many English for Academic Purposes courses and First Year Writing courses for native and non-native speakers.
