This tutorial will explain how to send Class Climate reports.

  1. To send reports, select Batch Events in the Central Evaluation table on the left.

  2. This will open the Batch Events screen.

  3. Next, select the Send PDF reports radio button

  4. Then select the appropriate information.

    Note: If you are not seeing the reports you want, make sure to uncheck the box next to Hide surveys with documents which have already been sent

  5. Be sure to check the box next to Reports of all courses  an instructor collected in one email.

  6. Finally, select the Request button.
